Crowning Glory Hair is an exceptional hair salon in Westbourne owned by Simone Thomas. It specialises in the niche area of hair replacement solutions. After suffering hair loss when Simone had treatment for cancer aged 21, she discovered a gap in the market for high quality, non-surgical hair replacement systems. Crowning Glory offers quality hair loss solutions to men, women, children and those in the transgender community.
DNPR pushed Simone Thomas as the face of her brands. We identified that Simone had a great personal story to tell. This lead the overall strategy which was to communicate Simone’s empathy and expertise as a hair loss expert and entrepreneur.
Working with Simone Thomas, DNPR gained her coverage in a wide range of local and national media. Following research into suitable awards, interviews with Simone, her staff, clients and financial team DNPR also created numerous award-winning applications.
DNPR managed various social media pages for Simone Thomas including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. We were responsible for content curation and posting. Furthermore, DNPR also set up various strategic partnerships for Simone for people to become advocates of her brand, including transgender icon Kellie Maloney.
