Here at DNPR we love being part of this fantastic community and supporting local businesses, events, and organisations across the south coast – including those of the tourism industry.
It will come as no surprise then that we are getting behind the brilliant Dorset Tourism Awards, which celebrate everything on offer in this beautiful part of the world, and recognise the excellence and innovation of leading lights in this important sector.
We know the Dorset Tourism Awards very well and have seen first-hand the incredible job they do in supporting, encouraging, acclaiming and promoting the tourism industry which is so vital in this part of the world.
So, we’re proud to announce that we will be sponsoring the Outstanding Contribution (Dorset) Category for the 2021/2022 Dorset Tourism Awards, which is presented to an individual, group or organisation that has made a significant contribution to the tourism industry in the area.
This fantastic award, open only to third party nominations, is the ideal opportunity to give recognition to a person or group making a real difference, whether they’re a volunteer, a visionary bringing innovation, or someone making a big difference to a lot of people working in the industry, or visiting the area as tourists.
And in sponsoring the award, we stand alongside a host of great businesses from across the county who are also partnering with the awards this year, including Sculpture by the Lakes, Goadsby, Clipper Teas, Furleigh Estates vineyard, Dorset Magazine and Bournemouth University.
We know there are some truly impressive entries from across the county, representing all corners of the sector, and we look forward to attending the awards ceremony in February to help celebrate everyone’s contribution and congratulate the worthy winners.
